Even as in-person voting has started, and election day is just a week away, the endorsements continue.
New endorsements for Charles Booker
MoveOn.org
MoveOn did an email poll of their Kentucky members, asking them which candidate MoveOn should endorse in the Kentucky Senate race. This hit our inbox this morning: “With over 82% of votes cast in favor, MoveOn members in Kentucky have voted overwhelmingly to endorse Charles Booker to be the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Kentucky!”

New endorsement for Mike Broihier
Wendell Berry
Wendell Berry, well-known Kentucky author, poet, and activist, has endorsed Mike Broihier for Senate.
“I endorse Mike Broihier — I approve of him because of his responsible awareness of the peril that now hangs over agriculture and rural life in the United States and his support for farmers and particularly for small farmers,” said Berry.
Berry continued, “We see eye to eye on the issues. He’s a farmer, that authenticates his interest in agriculture. Mitch McConnell ought to be defeated — and that’s the point. I think that Mike is a candidate who is worthy of the office.”
