When Rep. Charles Booker announced he was running for the 2020 Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate, he joined a field already crowded with announced and possible candidates. And, at least two of them (McGrath and Broihier) had launch videos that drew a lot of attention because they were so well done. Could Booker’s campaign match those?
