Late last night as word of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death rippled across the world, a good friend of mine here in Danville, Lee Ann Paynter, posted that she would be “hosting” a vigil Saturday evening in Lexington at Limestone Hall on Main Street. No agenda. No speakers. Simply bring yourself. Your mask. And, cryptically, your wings. Candles would be provided. And a beautiful event it was.
