This past Saturday, competing militias joined local protesters in downtown Louisville. The NFAC group (Not F*ing Around Coalition) planned a march from a staging area to downtown. Ready to meet them downtown was a group of Three Percenters, as well as many of the local people who had been protesting all along.

Louisville Metro Police set up barricades to keep the groups apart, and fortunately there was no violence downtown, in spite of the massive amount of firepower across the two militias. (One NFAC gun went off accidentally in the staging area, wounding three people.)

Del Ramey of Forward Kentucky was on the ground and captured these photos. Thank you, Del, for braving the heat and the possibility of violence to bring us this ground-level view of what happened.
