In a video delivered via tweet, Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio has endorsed Rep. Charles Booker for the Democratic nomination to take on Mitch McConnell in the fall.
At one time, Jones considered running for the seat himself. Instead, he pulled back, and has been relatively quiet on this political front since. He has a large following across Kentucky, and this endorsement is a major boost to the Booker campaign.
