This Friday, MoveOn and the UofL Young Dems are hosting a rally to hold President Trump and our senators accountable, with a clear message: No one is above the law.
The rally will be at Odeon Louisville (a 21-and-over venue) at 6:00 PM. This is part of a the nation-wide “No One Is Above the Law” rallies happening at hundreds of locations across 40 states. From the press release:
Protestors are demanding that the House of Representatives fulfill its constitutional duty by impeaching Donald Trump and that the Senate remove him from office for attempting to rig the 2020 elections. Congress must show that no one — including the criminal in the White House — is above the law.
Speakers at the rally include state reps Charles Booker and Attica Scott, councilwoman Keisha Dorsey, Sharon Fleck from Indivisible KY, Alissa Vance from March for our Lives, and Ariana Velasquez from UofL Young Dems.
